All matter contains energy. Various matters consist of various atoms.
Each atom is more than 99.9 percent of empty space and through this
space move bundles of vibrating energy with different rates of 
vibration depending of what the substance of the matter consist of. 
The same happens in our body which interestingly has a slower rate
of vibration than the air we breathe in.

In our universe the matter, which contains energy, which is 
vibration, cannot be destroyed, it only gets re-arranged. Everything
exists in a "dynamic cause and effect" relationship to each other and
nothing exists in a vacuum.

We work with the same principle using quartz crystals. We create 
changes to the existing vibrations on a subtle, non-physical level, in
our aura. This in due course will affect the related vibrations on a 
physical level in our body. Quartz crystals do this very well, because
they have high and exact rates of vibrations that can be precisely 
manipulated due to the crystal's ability to resonate in harmony with 
any vibration they come into contact with. We use this concept for 
healing. 

Quartz crystals will automatically harmonize and re-create the 
vibrations of any objects with which they are placed in direct 
physical proximity. If we use intent we can amplify the intended
energy vibrations through the crystal. Needless to say that this intent
of energy must be positive and strong. The stronger the intent is; the 
stronger will be the wave of healing energy that is sent out.

Hence, with the use of intent through a healing crystal, we have sent
out a wave of healing energy which will change and interact with 
the vibrational energy of our aura, called our etheric subtle body. 
Eventually this will be received in our physical human body, cells
and tissues. Thus amplifying or transforming the body's energy 
vibrations to a healthier condition.

Thus with the unique qualities of crystals, which can carry, receive,
hold, amplify and transmit life force as a directed healing energy,
we can refresh or bring about a healthier energies in our subtle and
physical body. Any state of disharmony in our body is caused by a 
natural imbalance and the introduction of the appropriate stones or 
crystals into our energy field can help to restore this imbalance.

In our body we have many bacteria and viruses, some are life-
threatening and some are unpleasant. They not always cause us an 
illness, but as soon as our stress level due to a stress of some kind
disrupt our balance the illness shows up. A good example is the 
herpes virus which is carried by many in some form or an other and 
as soon as we get in a profound stress situation it will show up and
disappear again when that particular stress has been taken care of. 
Hence, crystal healing does not always remove the problem, even
so the symptom has disappeared, the problem is still there and may 
resurface again.

As with most modalities the Crystals are sometimes a good 
alternative or a good additional support.

One of my favorite healing tools is my CRYSTAL WAND. When used
with certain additional crystals it becomes very powerful and many 
have reported the profound relaxation they felt and the peaceful 
night sleep they experienced for the next couple of days.
